Operations Analyst US
About the position
Location: New York City
We are now looking for our next great operations specialist in the US market. As an Operations Analyst, you will be part of an ambitious, quality focused, and dynamic team and be responsible for coordinating and processing orders in a timely manner. Your main task is drive demand planning and forecasting activities for all of Zound brands and products throughout the US.
Coordinate constantly with our 3PL provider ensuring prompt processing of orders and timely shipping
Demand Planning and Forecasting Experience
Reporting Inventory Management
Works closely with the internal supply chain organization (Sweden and China)
Export purchase orders from EDI software into WMS (Navision), validate PO accuracy and release to warehouse
Drive continues improvement in shipping costs, with a focus on sample shipping and shipping companies
What we're looking for
1+ years of experience preferred
Resourceful - Manage resources to achieve planned goals
Self-Directed - Can identify highest priority orders for immediate action
Experienced with WMS systems (Nav preferred)
Experience with EDI
Experience with wholesaler shipping
Proficient with MS Office (word, excel & powerpoint)
