About the role
For the past ten years we have been taking this rock n’ roll heritage and distilling it into a line of headphones and speakers to inspire a new set of Marshall devotees. Now, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Brand Activation with a holistic approach to continue building the long-term value of Marshall in the consumer electronics market.

The Project Manager, Brand Activation is responsible for managing, driving and implementing strategic brand activation projects on a global scale for Marshall. You will champion experiences that enables Marshall to engage directly with consumers to build a loyal brand community around our brand and products. 

These initiatives shall drive brand equity and awareness globally as well as developing the fundamentals to win in local markets, inspiring and empowering the organisation as well as manage the execution through tight collaboration with retail, sales and trade marketing and local marketing at the highest possible level to drive healthy sustainable growth.  

Reporting to the Global Brand Manager, the role will be an integral part of the Marshall team, working in close collaboration with the creative team, MarCom, commercial team as well as other functions within Zound Industries. The role includes owning and developing all relationships with key brand partners when it come sto securing relevant exposure in other occasions than traditional CE and lifestyle retail. Developing strategies and objectives to fully integrate concepts for securing presence and prominence of the Marshall brand in for example hotels and travel retail. 

The Project Manager, Brand Activation will lead, manage projects and teams, both within the brand and cross-functionally, to deliver projects on brief, on time and on budget. 

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and structured project manager - a great communicator with the ability to create clarity in projects and promote teamwork. A positive attitude and the desire to solve problems is important. To excel in this role the candidate will have an understanding and passion for brand communication, experientialinitiatives, activations and the ability to co-create ideas and evaluate creative concepts. You also have:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position. Experience in brand and product marketing, experiential and retail activation is key
• You work well under pressure and enjoy working in a busy, deadline-driven, entrepreneurial and creative environment.
You are interested in music, design, fashion, future trends and technology
 You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing/communications or business.
