Right now, we need to strengthen our team with an App Development Manager who will focus on the leadership of our talented development team and cooperating with global stakeholders to ideate, prototype, develop & deliver great applications for our customers.

What you’ll do:

• Coach the team, manage competence development, goal setting, performance and salary discussions and take care of the wellbeing of the team.
• Define and own the Application team processes to plan and deliver to multiple product projects.
• Manage, coordinate, and oversee the application development and delivery.
• Help define and drive ways of working for cross-functional teams, UX/UI designers, firmware, other project members.
• Mange communication and align the main stakeholders like, Product Managers, Creative Design Leads, Marketing, E-com PIDS management.
• Continuously explore and experiment with new ways to improve processes and ways of working.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

• MSc. or higher in Computer Science, software engineering or equivalent field.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful software projects.
• Strong ability to clearly communicate and interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Highly structured and thorough in your daily work.
