Marketing Manager Nordics
About the position
At Zound we are driven by consumer-focused design and insight-centric innovation. Harnessing consumer, design and business insights, we develop products that are needed, loved and remembered through the exciting brands in audio electronics: adidas, Marshall and Urbanears.
As the Marketing Manager Nordic you are responsible for executing the marketing strategies in your local market(s) across all Zound’s brands (adidas, Marshall and Urbanears). In your role you ensure that each brand is supported with a holistic brand experience across all consumer touchpoints that builds deep consumer connectivity and drives sell-thru. You work in a cross functional network across Sales and Marketing both in your geographic focus market and the Regional and the Central brand teams. In collaboration with Head of Marketing EMEA and Country Manager you translate a Global and Regional consistent marketing strategy into country specific executional plans for local relevancy. Your focus will be to ensure that our brands drive short and long term commercial success. Also supporting marketing execution across PR, Culture, brand activations and channel marketing.
You will report to the Country manager UK, Ireland & Nordic with a dotted line to Head of Marketing EMEA. You will work closely together with our central brand and marketing teams as well as sales and channel marketing team.
You ideally have a finger on the pulse of music, tech, entertainment, popular culture, a strategic mindset with a hands on approach. You love to be part of an entrepreneurial atmosphere and have collaborative approach and being able to have impact and influence. You are eager to learn new skills, curious at heart, proactive and pragmatic. Having a cooperative mind set aimed at adding value to Zound’s culture will be fundamental.
