Zound Industries develop and market headphones and speaker products and brings life to sound through the adidas, Marshall and Urbanears brands, offering a wide range of iconic and award-winning products. Zound is a global company with offices in Stockholm (HQ), Shenzhen, Hong Kong, New York, London, and Paris.

Right now, we need a Key Account Sales to join our office in Shenzhen, China, and join a team that is responsible for the direct sales and distribution of products for all our three brands (Marshall, adidas & Urbanears) in the whole China region.

In this role you will be supporting and boosting Zound China Sales business to make we reach sales targets and grow key account business to be top brand in market. This includes identifying and developing new business opportunities and work with existing accounts. 

What you’ll do

Short explanation about what the role is about..

● Drive the sell-in to customers 驱动关键客户的销售增长

- Based on global and local company strategy and sales strategy to generate customers’ sales plan, executive and follow up; 根据全球和本地公司以及销售策略起草销售计划,并且执行和跟进;

- Communicate with customers to generate sales forecast and demand forecast to be more realistic as possible; 与关键客户进行沟通,获取正确的销售和需求预测,并且使之尽可能的靠近实际;

- Make sure customers receive the brand plan, sales plans, assets and support in time to grow Zound’s business; 确保关键客户能及时获得正确的品牌计划,销售计划,物料和支持,确保Zound业务份额增长

- Secure agreements and documented agreed sales conditions with customers in accordance with set policies and procedures; 熟悉与客户签订的合约和达成一致的销售条件,确保其是符合公司政策和流程的;

- Secure the execution of the global channel strategy and accordingly secure professional management for each sales channels and key account within the region. Make sure there is strong link and integration between online and offline(O2O); 确保全球渠道策略能够很好的执行,并且确保每个渠道和主要客户都在区域的专业管理下。确保线上和线下的渠道有很强的链接和融合;

- Use sales skills to reasonably push forward the sell-in to customers; 合理运用销售技能推进面向关键客户的销售

- Budget and cost planning, management according to procedure and overall planning. 根据流程和整体计划,组织预算、计划费用和管理相应的预算和费用。

 Drive with the sell-out of customers 帮助关键客户进行终端售出

- Closely monitoring the market change and brand development to give right guidance to customers 密切关注市场变化,结合品牌发展规划,给予关键客户恰当指导

- Manage online retailers or eCom operations daily operation to make sure they can accurately operate with reasonably revenue (if applicable) 管理线上零售商运营,确保运作和里,获得恰当的收入回报 (适用于具体业务内容)

- Work closely with offline distributor to understand their actual needs. Balance the development between online and offline business (if applicable); 与线下分销商通力合作,理解分销商的真实需求。平衡线上与线下业务之间的利益。(适用于具体业务内容)

- Manage customers’ demand and lead the internal communication to help out the customer sell out (applicable to 2B business); 管理客户的需求并且主导内部沟通,以帮助客户的在终端的售出(适用于2B业务)

- Manage the eCom operation and external resources to achieve the target (applicable to eCom operations); 管理电商运营和外部资源,以达到各项目标的期望值(适用于电商管理内容)

Identify and develop new business opportunities 识别并开拓新的业务机会

- Identity key business opportunities which may improve strategical roadmap of Zound’s business in China 识别关键业务机会,以改进和完善Zound在华业务版图和布局。

- Develop and enter into new customers to drive the overall business in the future 开发和进入关键客户的销售体系,驱动未来全盘业务发展

- Contact and communicate with all kinds of leads collected from trade show and daily operation to find out business opportunites 参与贸易展会/行业展会,与意向客户洽谈以开拓新的商机

- Input insights to company decision boards.向公司决策层汇报行业洞察

●  Lead assigned projects which assigned by supervisor 主导其他由上一级指派的特定项目

- Coordinate internal resources to support customers’ demand 审视及跟进订单履行情况。

Who we’re looking for

Self-driven and reliable; juggle a multitude of tasks some with very short notice. Non-prestigious and humble person who understands that running a fast-growing company. 自我驱动,值得信赖; 同时并行处理多项任务的能力;为人谦虚,适应高速成长企业环境

Experiences & skills

●  At least 3 years working experience in China Ecommerce (Tmall, JD and etc). 至少3年中国电商平台从业经验(天猫/京东等)
● At least 2 years offline retailers management experiences.
至少2年线下零售管理经验
Experiences in consumer electronics will be a plus. 有消费电子经验者为佳
Good written and verbal English communication skills; 书面及口头英语俱佳;
Bachelor holder with commercial education background. 本科及以上学历,商科背景优先
