Right now, we need to strengthen the TA team with a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can support Zound’s growth. You’ll focus on recruitments across the org. and a variety of disciplines - mainly within product, tech and digital.

- Ensures we attract and hire the best diverse talents who can strengthen our culture and values
- Continuously challenge ourselves and always look for new ways to debias the whole recruitment approach – making hiring fair for everyone.
• Plan and define hiring plans together with hiring teams – mainly within product, tech and digital.
• Lead end to end recruitment processes together with the hiring team, from job brief to signing stage
• Use creative and modern sourcing techniques to find the diamonds in the rough
• Creating and selecting channels for job ads with a D&I perspective; ensuring an inclusive language and that we reach a broad and diverse talent pool
• Candidate management; sourcing, interviewing and selecting the best fit for each role by applying objective and un-bias selection methods and ensuring an awesome candidate experience along the way
• Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice
• Be an ambassador and live the Zound values as they are the base of everything we do
You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and work close together with the HR / Talent team as well across the whole org.
A natural collaborator who seamlessly creates and fosters great relationships with candidates, internal teams and stakeholders. Great ability to quickly turn hiring needs and challenges into actionable plans and solutions with a positive mindset. Eager to learn new skills, curious at heart, proactive and pragmatic.
Experiences & skills:
• A few years of recruitment experience working as an in-house recruiter/talent acquisition specialist or as a researcher/consultant at a recruitment agency
• Experience from recruiting a variety of roles, preferably within product, tech and digital
• Great teammate that loves to have fun at work and contributes with your experience and positive attitude
• English is a requirement
