Ansvarsområden
I rollen som Ekonomiassistent med inriktning mot leverantörsreskontra arbetar du tätt tillsammans med hela vårt ekonomiteam och rapporterar till vår redovisningschef. I din roll ingår även att samarbeta med controller teamet för att kontrollera att redovisning sker enligt budget och i enlighet med företagets redovisningsregler. 

I tjänsten som Ekonomiassistent kommer du att:

·  Hantera leverantörreskontra och tillse att leverantörsfakturor läggs in korrekt i vårt affärssystem Navision och MediusFlow
·  Redovisa kostnaderna i enlighet med budget och det svenska regelverket
·  Säkerställa att inkommande leveranser matchas mot inköpsorder och faktura i samarbete med vår inköpsavdelning och vårt produktionskontor i Kina
·  Godkänna fakturor enligt attestpolicy och betala i tid
·  Delta i avstämningsarbete i samband med månads- och årsbokslut
·  Implementera och förbättra processer samt rutiner inom område

Vi söker dig som har en akademisk utbildning inom relevant område och har någon erfarenhet av redovisning. Du är organiserad, noggrann, flexibel och kan hantera flera projekt samtidigt. Du arbetar effektivt och är van vid en deadline-driven och kreativ miljö. Då vi är ett internationellt företag med utländska dotterbolag är det viktigt att du kommunicerar obehindrat på såväl svenska som engelska i både tal och skrift.

About the position

We are looking for a Social Media Editor to help shape the editorial vision for Marshall team, this by creating and commissioning first-class content for their owned channels - Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Blog. You will work from A to Z - come up with content ideas, production, publishing and reporting, all with the overall goal to drive brand affinity with the desired target audience and meet the strategic and commercial needs of the brand.

You will be responsible for audience growth and continued innovation in the brand's storytelling. To succeed with this you will generate story ideas, execute interviews and write original pieces in both short and long-format, and also commission and edit stories from freelance contributors.

Part of your job will be to create the content calendars and facilitate approval with internal and external stakeholders. You will track, measure and optimise content performance and also keep an eye on competitors and market changes to stay innovative and be able to maximise the potential of all channels.

You will closely with Art Direction, Production Manager, Partnerships & Artist Relations Manager and  with external agencies. But you will also be in close contact with brand, e-commerce and event team to ensure an integrated approach.

You will be the voice of the brand, so you need to be a flawless communicator and writer in English and have a deep understanding of digital storytelling and social distribution.

About the position

Growing our Global Trade Marketing Team
Zound is now looking for an experienced and skilled Trade Marketing Manager for the JAPAC region, splitting time between China 80% and APAC 20%. We are super passionate about what we do and we expect no less from you. The role works closely with both global and local sales and marketing teams and is in direct engagement with key stakeholders at the retailers. A unique opportunity to have major impact in a fun and fast-paced environment where one day is not like the other. 


Main responsibilities

The role as Trade Marketing Manager will require a unique combination of entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build a platform for growth – establishing working models, routines and tools that build foundation for strong brand and sales execution. This role will moreover be responsible for the following:

· Secure successful trade marketing in the JAPAC region and to work closely with global and regional stakeholders to successfully achieve set KPI’s. 
-be the link between marketing and sales organization and distributors at a global and local level

· Transforming global go-to market plans into regional trade sales and marketing plans that optimizes sell out from marketplaces and retailers’ online and offline platforms for all Zound Industries’ products
-optimize sales investments and choosing the right channels and media 

· Execute the marketing plan to support sales activities in online and offline stores, and working with internal resources to come up with instore plan, including POS, store design, etc 

· Plan for trade marketing campaigns, making sure we have the right content in time 

· Plan and organize exhibition or show, such as CES show, and sales meeting 

 

About you
In order to succeed as a Trade Marketing Manager you must have leadership and entrepreneurial skills with a collaborative approach and being able to have influence and impact without authority. You are energetic and reliable with excellent problem solving skills. We expect you to be methodical and able to manage different projects at the same time as well as work well under pressure and enjoy working in a deadline-driven and creative environment. 

We believe that a successful candidate for this role possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 3-year college/university. You have at least 2 years of marketing experience on both strategic and day to day operational level in an international environment. You have experience from working with both online sales channels (preferably Tmall or JD) and offline channels and are well known to bringing content from overseas to China and APAC. 

You have in depth knowledge and experience of the Consumer Electronics industry or Telecom segments with established network and industry influence. Last but not least you have solid trade marketing experience with thorough understanding of consumer purchase journey across digital and physical channels. As Zound Industries is a diverse and global company, we see that you have excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. There will be some extensive traveling from time to time, about 50% of your time.

Our retail team is the link between our brand and trade marketing teams and is primarily focusing on creating display concepts and material for our retailors and e-tailers globally. 

About the role 
As we have an online first approach and our digital sales is growing fast, we are looking for an e-tail content specialist who can support and guide our global trade marketers as to make sure our brands and products are displayed accurately on our retailers’ digital channels and marketplaces. Always with the aim to increase brand awareness and drive more sales. You will work in a proactive manner to identify gaps, establish content strategies, and making sure we have the right optimization tools in place. As this is a new role for us, you will also help out to establish this function.   

Key responsibilities 
Analyze brand & product display 
• Map out and analyze how our brands and products are presented at our retailors’ digital channels and marketplaces in close collaboration with our trade marketers in all regions
• Identify gaps and set best practices for new product launches    

Drive conversion and optimization 
• Optimize our brands and products’ digital presence at our retailors’ websites, social media channels, and web shops and marketplaces according to brand guidelines 
• Establish content strategies and guidelines to develop our retailers’ presentation of our brands and products in digital channels to increase brand awareness and drive more sales 
• Make sure we have the right optimization tools     

Manage requests from trade marketers 
• Close collaboration with our trade marketing team and manage continuous requests 
• Guide our trade marketers in content strategy, conversion and optimization performance 
Establish way of working 
• Establish the function within the retail team, set ways of working, processes and routines
• Set ways of working with trade marketing agencies and other local/regional stakeholders


Who we are looking for 
• Experience with digital content marketing: Working 3-4 years at an agency or working as an inhouse digital content specialist at a retailor or e-tailer      
• Digital performance marketing experience: Experience working with digital performance marketing - SEO, CRO, display, social, affiliates, and optimizing digital customer journeys on both web and mobile      
• Industry experience: You have experience from a consumer products industry selling through retail, e-tail and/or marketplaces    
• Interpersonal skills: You have great interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with our retail partners as well as our own brand and trade marketing teams. You have a strong self-drive and can act on your own. 
• Language: As Zound is a diverse and global company, we see that you are fluent in English

Sales
Zound is now looking for self-organized, engaging and proactive Coordinator to support the Sales team. A 6 months internship that stretches from 1 of September to December.  In this position you will work in a fast-paced environment where one day is not like the other. At Zound Industries we are passionate and super dedicated about what we do - and we expect no less from you. This is a golden opportunity for you to be a part of a curious, fast growing and creative company.  For this position, experience is important but what is most valuable is that you´ve got the right personality and attitude.


Your tasks
The main responsibility for the Sales Coordinator is to have a strong focus on all Administration of sales and key retailer follow up. The Sales Coordinator is the liaison between sales, retail, marketing, logistics and finance department. A key assignment is to secure that the flow of goods is optimized and thereby secure. As a Sales & Logistics Coordinator at Zound Industries your overall responsibility is to coordinate sales administration with our logistics and sales admin team in Stockholm, manage Sales administrations for the Key retailers (orders, deliveries, SLOT, packing list, invoicing…).


About you
In order to succeed as a Sales coordinator you have excellent organizational skills and have good ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize. You have to be able to work well with a wide range of people across different departments, both internally and externally. You must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, without much direction and be able to manage different projects at the same time. And of course, you need to be able to communicate perfectly in French and English.
